Job Summary
Partners with peer Human Resource professionals to provide support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee relations, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training, occupational health, safety and security.
In addition, the HR Administrator will help develop and implement process improvements, and assist with day-to-day operations. The right individual will display his/her communication, and organizational skills to ensure employees receive assistance, support and customer service in line with our company’s strategies, mission and values.
