Opportunity
This position is a unique opportunity to be part of a high growth organization and one of Kohler Co’s largest business units, Kitchen and Bath North America. This role partners directly with business leaders to manage all activity related to talent, linking talent and culture to the success and strength of the team. This position interfaces in all aspects of the HR lifecycle to help the teams succeed through HR focused initiatives and practices. The Manager – Human Resources, is a team player and works directly with the Senior Director-HR to support the overall success for a defined client group within the KBNA business. This role partners with other HR professionals, Centers of Excellence and Shared Services, and is the link between the business team and the HR function.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. Post graduate training in Human Resources or Management preferred.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Human Resources.
Understanding of Executive Recruiting practices, succession planning, training, and development resources, both within Kohler and external.
Proven track record of assessing HR program effectiveness and creating & executing talent strategies that drive business results.
Ability to influence and drive change management initiatives required.
