COMPENSATION: Competitive and Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Starting at $18/hr. Eligible for yearly incentive plan based on company performance.
HOURS: Normal, M-F, 8am-5pm.
POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Assistant (“Team Development Coordinator”) reports directly to the Team Development Director. The core responsibility is to assist with recruiting and interview scheduling, as well as to provide administrative support to the department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
– Continually seek to eliminate wasted time and effort and improve human resource processes.
– Recruiting (50%):
o Assist with high level of recruiting that attracts “Top Talent.”
o Work with Team Development Director to develop and implement staffing plans to grow the company.
o Effective recruiting in a highly competitive environment.
o Coordinate candidate interviews with Team Development Director and/or hiring manager(s).
– Other functions (50%):
o Onboarding: Assist with developing and maintaining processes that ensure an effective transition into the Petticoat-Schmitt family. Provide administrative support for onboarding processes as needed.
o Employee Relations: Assist the Team Development Director with developing and maintaining an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes A.C.T. Values (Accountability, Character, Team)
o Maintain the work structure by assisting with updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
o Assist with the creation and implementation of training and development programs.
o Other administrative duties as needed.
