Duties & Responsibilities: Employee Relations : Support and conduct multiple aspects of the employee relations process, including but not limited to:
The end-to-end employee exit process, including, completing exit interviews, summarizing findings, identifying trends and concerns, and manage administrative duties associated with employee exits.
Coach and guide employees with regards to company policy and employment law.
Support Managers in drafting warnings, including editing guidance and coaching
Utilize the Service Now case management system to triage ER cases and respond to mis-directed cases and input employee/manager interactions.
Analyze Service Now data to create ER related dashboards and identify trends; identify ways to continuously improve ER data analytics reporting. Current Project Work : Support various COVID-related, including but not limited to:
Support the testing requirements as guided by Federal Orders and State Mandates, including reviewing test results, answering questions, providing approval for employees to be in the field or not, and tracking and reporting on testing compliance.
Support the Approval to Return to the Office process, including running reports, verifying approval status, and communicating with employees
Support the Workday Vaccination Status project, including reviewing the daily status report, validating, and confirming vaccinated status, including timely boosters
Other duties and projects as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities:
Four years of Human Resources experience, with a minimum of two years in Employee Relations
Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume area and be able to multi-task
Demonstrated ability to use information and judgment to make decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience editing documents and providing influencing employees
Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft products, including navigating large data sets and using formulas in Excel, and creating PowerPoint presentations to tell a story Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
