Ensures newly hired coworkers are provided the best opportunity for a successful start to their careers by facilitating training programs and onboarding procedures in an inclusive and positive work environment that ensures long term success at High Concrete Group. The role collaborates with operations leadership, talent acquisition and HRBP to help develop and maintain programs and practices focused on retention, onboarding, orientation and training.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Associates or bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, communications, social work or related field preferable. Bilingual (Spanish/English) capabilities required. Experience in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Kronos timekeeping software is preferred. Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining a training program. Knowledge of community services offerings in Lancaster / Berks County.
DIMENSIONS (SALES VOLUME, TOTAL EMPLOYEES REPORTING, PAYROLL, ETC.):
Provides training and mentoring to 75 – 125 new coworkers annually.
