We are looking for an energetic HR Manager to join the MTech management team in Atlanta. The HR Manager will be primarily responsible for the US employees and business entity headquartered in Atlanta, GA covering around 130 employees and have direct involvement in the HR activities through localized HR representatives for the other MTech entities in Brazil and Mexico for an additional 70 employees.
This is a role for someone who would be excited about contributing hands-on at a strategic level influencing critical company decisions with a proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders to grow and achieve high levels of success both personally and organizationally.

In addition to your primary responsibility for MTech, you will also be an active part of the Americas HR organization of Munters, which allows you to be involved in regional and global activities that can support your future career path.
We are looking for someone who possesses a ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
The HR Manager has one direct report in the US with additional resources in the overseas entities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Being a trustful partner and vocal adviser for the MTech management
· Involved in the strategic planning of the Business Unit that is undergoing hyper-growth over the next few years
· Fosters and maintains a collaborative culture across a very diverse employee pool
· Independently establish best practices, policies and procedures in line with the global guidelines
· Implements and annually updates compensation programs; conducts salary surveys and develops merit pool; analyzes compensation; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary
· Performs benefits administration to include claim resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment
· Manage immigration/visa cases
· Develops and maintains (AAP) affirmative action program; files EEO1 annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations and VETS 4212.
· Complies with federal, state, and local employment laws
· Lead full-cycle of talent acquisition process for the location rewrites job description as necessary
· Oversees and conducts onboarding and off boarding processes such as new hire orientations, and exit interviews. In addition, assists Managers with Employee Relations matters.
· Supporting special projects around diversity and inclusion as well as employer branding
· Works with Learning & Development Team to coordinate the organization’s training needs with outside vendors and assists with maintaining training records
· Manage the evolution of global HRIS system, including global reporting/data/analytics, as we transition from ADP to Workday
COMPETENCIES:
· Talent Sourcing: Effectively identifies and sources the right talent for the corporation using the most appropriate selection strategies and techniques.
· Rewards Management: Analyses rewards trends to assess and define the competitive rewards (including tangible and intangible rewards and benefits) plans for the corporation and effectively administers the related policies.
· Employee Collaboration: Effectively promotes collaborative employee relations and fosters a strong culture built on innovation and rapid growth
· Statutory and Compliance: Manages the regulatory environment related to HR and complies with relevant norms, especially related to labor law.
Requirements:
· Optimally 8+ years’ experience in HR Operations, including maintaining an HRIS
· Minimum of 3+ years of HR generalist experience – “jack of all” HR related skills
· Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
· Experience in HR metrics, reporting
· Highly organized, with superior attention to detail and can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
· Ability to work in a global matrix structure
· Software- digital environment Industry experience
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
