Job Description
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
Incumbent is responsible for supporting the BioLife Talent Acquisition (TA) team for New Center recruitment to include acting as the point of contact for all new center hiring pre-employment activities to include supporting new center hiring scorecard and project plan activities. This role will include elements of recruiting and pre-employment support to ensure visibility into everyday process administration and may provide backup to other work within the overarching TA team as needed or desired. Position may provide support respective to workforce planning, project management or analytic projects. Incumbent will train new center hiring teams on pre-employment and recruiting processes in preparation for wave hiring and participate in new center project team calls, scorecard or roadmap activities. Administrative duties may include offer letter and requisition management; submitting tickets, supervisory org updates and WD new center data profile management activities.
