The Payroll/Benefits Administrator will provide administration and support to the payroll and employee benefits functions at Corporate Headquarters, serving employees in multi-locations. with a strong desire for team success. The successful candidate will have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy and speed.
Responsibilities including and not limited to:
Collaborate with Human Resources team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll adjustments including new hires, terminations, site transfers, leaves of absence, changes to pay and/or deductions, etc
Serves as the main point of contact for payroll relate employee questions
Must have great communication skills and expert customer service skills, with the flexibility to multitask and work on varying size projects
Payroll Prepares, processes, and validates payroll in an-accurately and timely manner
Compiles and prepares payroll data such as garnishments, time off, bonus payments, insurance, and other deductions
Proven attention to detail, quick turnaround times, and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
Required Education and Experience
· High School diploma/GED required.
· Degree in business administration, finance or accounting preferred.
· 2+ years of experience working in a payroll and benefits processing related role.
· Excellent skills Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Outlook.
· Experience working with payroll processing software, specifically ADP WorkforceNow preferred.
