Lifeline Healthcare Professionals is a fast-growing company in the high-demand area of health care staffing. For this role we will consider:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking and communicating with nurses and other healthcare professionals and have the ability to determine a candidate’s potential fit through the screening/interviewing process. Candidates should have excellent organizational and follow-up skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of vetted prospects. Candidates will work independently on a remote basis with a strong emphasis on production/hires each month. Must be proactive and creative in developing new and/or unique methods to reach candidates with the ability to build a strong social media base of followers.
Responsibilities
· Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future positions
· Conduct interviews via phone, video platforms (Zoom, Webex, etc.) or in-person
· Interface with account managers and client personnel as needed
· Craft attractive pay/incentive packages for travel candidates
· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
· Help with getting proper credentials as needed
· Meet weekly/monthly quotas related to outreach and submittals and fills
· Able to work as a team member in a distributed/virtual environment
Qualifications
· Effective communication skills overall
· Must have excellent texting skills
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Preferred: Experience working with Microsoft 365 and MS teams
· Preferred: Experience working with job boards such as Vivian, Wanderly, Indeed, etc.
· High energy and passion and drive to make a difference
· Preferred: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
· Have a dedicated workspace at home

Pay: $31,337.00 – $98,441.00 per year
