Professional Services Firm is currently looking for a Scheduler and HR Coordinator. This person will handle all Continuing Professional Education(CPE) and will be task with scheduling all jobs for the firm. This person must have advanced excel knowledge and be a team player. This position will help support the human resource department and be a strategic and creative member in the Firm. The candidate must be confident, adaptable, and have excellent organizational skills. The primary responsibilities of the Scheduler and HR Coordinator is to develop and maintain schedules for all service areas to meet the needs of the Firm and coordinate internal/external trainings.
Duties and Responsibilities
Experience
3 to 5 years’ experience to perform job duties. Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience with the following software GoFileRoom, CheckPoint Learning, Century Reporting, Visual Practice Management and Caseware is a plus. Must have strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to a diverse and wide audience. Must be able to operate in a deadline-driven environment and work well under pressure.
