Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between fellow teammates and management
Help set company policy for teammate behavior and expectations
Responsible for maintaining and updating onboarding program; and coordinate with hiring managers and new teammates on completing onboarding tasks
Responsible for benefit administration for all teammates
Responsible for preparing appropriate compliance and internal reports such as but not limited to Affirmative Action Program, COBRA, time off, inoculation records
Ensure compliance with employment laws including documentation and reporting
Responds to questions from teammates regarding human resource related matters
Support HR management with general and specialized HR projects as assigned
Updates HR databases as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated experience in Human Resources field
Problem-solving skills, including being able to identify issues and resolve in a timely manner
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate and support decisions; both written & oral
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
