Otterbein SeniorLife is an industry leader in health and human services serving approximately 2,000 people throughout western Ohio. We are seeking an experienced, forward thinking Human Resources Manager for our location in Granville, Ohio.
This role reports to the Executive Director and is a key member of the leadership team. You and your team will work closely with the Corporate Office to insure excellence in all the business office services in support of the achievement of Otterbein’s mission of enhancing the quality of life and holistic growth of older persons.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and relate well to over 150 employees. Our need is for a systems-oriented thinker who can proactively develop and implement processes to ensure the recruitment, retention and development of all levels of employees while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Human Resources is part of the Business Office department. The primary focus of this role is human resources; this candidate will also supervise the Granville Business Office Staff. Financial acumen resulting from work experience in a business office environment will contribute greatly to your success.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we supply PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to keep you and our residents safe. Additionally, we have implemented stronger infection control and testing procedures in all Otterbein locations.
