SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting the daily overall activities of the Human Resources department, administering company-wide human resources policies, procedure and practices, provide supervision and support to the HR staff to carry out the coordination and administration of duties. The HR Manager will ensure that human resources plans and programs are realized, and company initiatives and strategic objectives are met while serving as a liaison to the management teams, promoting positive employee relationships and supporting corporate culture.
