POSITION DETAILS:
Support the initiation, development, implementation, and administration of people programs, practices and policies that support the Company and promote a positive environment.
Proactively maintain positive relationships and have a strong bias for customer service. Be a company-wide motivator; create momentum around culture, having fun, and employee success.
Consult with supervisors and employees on people-related topics and employee relations issues promoting a productive, engaging workplace.
Research, design, develop and implement company-wide professional development programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts for designing and developing function specific content.
Identify external programs, resources and vendors that specifically meet learning & development needs.
Manage documentation for professional learning programs.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Past experience/concentration in learning & development highly desirable.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with LMS systems.
Strong public speaking and presenting skills required.
Must have worked for a rapidly growing company and ideally have experience in manufacturing.
Must be capable of holding the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
