Restaurant HR Recruiter:
We are a successful, family owned, Restaurant Group in Boston. We were in a year of transition from various reopening stages in 2021 and have our four restaurant locations opened and operating at full speed since the beginning of 2022!
Very proud of that and experiencing new challenges to our Industry. To that end, we are looking to invest in a Restaurant Recruiter. This is a new position to our group that will have tremendous growth opportunities for themself, as well as others, as we grow this important space in our company.

Responsibilities will include:
Work closely with all Hiring Managers, in our various restaurants on an ongoing basis, to identify and document, the hiring qualifications for all FOH, BOH Hourly and Management teams when needed, specific to their restaurants as a baseline for recruitment.
Source and Recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings, social media, our restaurant Hiring Web Pages, onsite Job Fairs, outreach to Culinary Schools, Local Community Jobs and Training Programs, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job.
Determine each applicant qualifications and arrange Hiring Manager interviews for the proper position given experience and communication skills etc.
If not currently qualified for any open positions add to a “Look Back” database, we want to keep in communication with or part ways respectfully.
Schedule all initial interviews with some guidance to candidates beforehand for best results from pre-screening.
Work with/support managers in completing and maintaining new hire documentation/paperwork and employee files.
Maintain Current job descriptions and expectations with changing Hiring Managers and relevant interview questions that reflect the current hiring environment within each restaurant.
Skills and Requirements:
Must have extensive Restaurant Manager experience or a recent College Degree in HR Management or Communications
Excellent Computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Social Media experience and Knowledge
Must have ability to perform all functions with a high degree of professionalism and sound judgement
Ability to work in a collaborative environment amongst our different restaurant Hiring Managers.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
