Purpose of position
To fully participate in helping FIG realize its mission, aligning with its core values, and achieving its annual goals by fulfilling the roles and responsibilities listed below.
The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing a diverse book of business. The AM role is essential as he/she develops and maintains the relationship with our clients and provides the first line of excellent customer.
Duties include endorsements, answering underwriting requests, rounding out and up-selling accounts, renewing policies including surplus lines, renewal proposals, answering billing questions, audit disputes, and processing cancellations/reinstatements.
