We are looking for someone to join our team in part time in our Caro Office.
Position Summary: Represent the organization to clientele and outside sources. Answer inquiries and obtain information from clientele. Provide information regarding activities conducted at establishment; location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization. Perform all reception duties utilizing agency policies and procedures, and any other assigned clerical duties.
Applicant must be able to perform all reception responsibilities. This includes but is not limited to scheduling of client appointments, documentation of cancellations/no shows, checking in clients, and collection of copayments/balances. Receptionist must be an effective team player and willing to work with a diverse clientele. This position is extremely fast-paced and applicants will be expected to be able to multi-task.
Additional Requirements: Applicant must be dependable, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player, trustworthy, able to multi-task, and possess strong computer and people skills. Some evenings and Saturdays may be required. Applicant must be willing to work out of our Saginaw office. Medical office and billing experience preferred.
Salary: $11.00-$13.00/hr, based on experience
