Twin City Security is seeking an experienced office assistant for clerical and HR duties for 100 + security guards that service the DFW area. Office staff includes General Manager, Operations Assistant and Office/HR Assistant.
We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Tasks Include:
* Scheduling applicants for employment interviews: (Interviews will be done by branch manger) (using recruiting on-line services such as Indeed will be a plus)
* Processing and orientating new hires, includes completing all required paper work, going over Company Policy Manuel, Health Benefits, and uniform the new hires.
* Maintain Health benefits and PSTO time.
* Maintaining and updating personal records, such as address, phone and guard license requirements for the state of Texas.
