Ø Contractual Staff
· Managing On-boarding, maintenance of attendance & leave tracker, payroll, etc. for contractual staff in coordination with third party service provider.
· Ensuring that statutory compliances are adhered to by the third party service provider.
Handling employee grievances and ensuring that the same is resolved in a timely manner
Ø Training & Development
· HSE Training & Development and Documentation
· Preparation and planning of training schedule, organize the programmer, Training Feedbacks, Post Evaluation and their Record keeping etc.
· 5’S Training
