This is a hybrid remote position with 90 percent of the work is done virtually. Expected in-person meetings/interaction at LinkVisum office in Vienna will not exceed 10 percent of overall work.
LinkVisum seeks an exceptional Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering our employees’ rewards, and benefits. This role will be extremely important as you will be developing programs to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees. The HR Manager will oversee the benefits administration, compensation practice, and systems related to benefits and compensation that LinkVisum employs. This role requires this individual to foster and maintain positive relationships with managers and staff at all levels of the organization to ensure effective administration, definition, and delivery of all HR-related policies and programs and systems. This position requires frequent work with confidential information including employee information, compensation, and benefits. This position recommends process/service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and or major variations from established policy pertaining to benefits and compensation. The HR Manager can work effectively with peers to conduct strategic planning and initiatives. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities
Coordinate closely with Senior Management to ensure organization’s benefits plans, programs, and initiatives are competitive, affordable, deliverable, and consistent with the company’s employment proposition.
Oversee employee compensation/payroll system and benefits
Oversee implementation of benefits in partnership with external vendors and brokers
· Oversee development, implementation, and execution of staff recruitment strategy
Manage onboarding process, prepare materials, conduct new hire orientation and coordinate new hire training
Establish and maintain Benefits, and Compensation documentation, plan details, and standard operating procedures.
· Develops strategies, methods, and initiatives necessary for establishing and improving employee engagement.
Serve as main contact between the organization and vendors for benefits and compensation, and systems and manage vendor agreements and negotiations.
· Oversee the vendor agreements and negotiations and manage software systems for Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Recruiting, Payroll and HR activities
Support coordination of training and development needs as it pertains to staff professional development
Maintain a current and compliant employee handbook and oversee the adherence to these policies
Consult with staff and senior management regarding employee concerns and initiate action plans to address and resolve issues.
Oversee compliance, audit and reporting requirements for HR, Employee Benefits & Recruiting
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Requirements
B.A./B.S. degree
8+ years of relevant experience
Experience in an equivalent job, filling recruitment
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to work with all levels within the organization and with a diverse employee population
