Who We’re Looking For
The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing the day to day HR activities to support a Function or Line of Business. Works in close partnership with assigned leaders and teams to create and personally implement effective solutions that influence and sustain high levels of employee engagement and productivity to meet business goals. As a trusted advisor, the HRBP understands the business, is skilled in monitoring the pulse of the organization, and utilizes available systems, human capital analyses, and key measures to deliver a strategy that meets the needs of the business. This is a developmental role in the HR department that involves implementing human resources policies, programs and practices; including recommending and implementing process improvements, and generally being the first point of contact for employee touch points. This position will support the HR Director.
