The HR Rep is responsible for assisting current employees, ensuring that the policies and procedures comply with all local state and federal regulations, daily communication with managers and supervisors with call in messages, separation forms, payroll forms and attendance letters.
Other duties are weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and quarterly training.
The HR reps work under the supervision of the Senior HR Rep but many of their duties are performed with little or no supervision.
Essential Functions
Maintain Human Resources information records, logs, enter schedules, including vacation, excuse time off, suspension, FMLA, bereavement, etc.
Maintain personnel files in compliance with company procedures and government regulations.
Perform customer service function by answering associate s requests and questions or refer to appropriate supervisor or manager.
Assist associates and supervisors in paperwork process if needed.
Support Supervisory training
Ability to learn and follow, and keep up with policies as changes occur.
Must be able to enter data and paperwork in timely manner.
Assist in projects as HR events, benefits, open enrollment and charity.
Ability to translate.
Other assignments as the position may require.

Pay: $32,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
