Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific duties and responsibilities:
Develop and lead a dynamic and engaging New Hire Orientation Process.
Develop and implement strategies to recognize staff birthdays, anniversaries and other professional and life milestones, including but not limited to death of a loved one, illness, etc.
Provide trainings, as part of New Hire Orientation to include but not limited to: CPR, First Aid, Non-Restrictive Interventions, etc.
Lead and facilitate the Sunshine Committee
Interface with Recruiting and other HR functions to maintain focus on building and sustaining a strong organizational culture.
Develop and implement culture strategies across the entire enterprise.
Partner with the communications department to complement internal communications that focus on culture and culture building.
Develop, implement and grow internal feedback and measurement systems to constantly assess organizational culture and growth areas.
Partner with Human Resources, Quality Management and program departments to assess Emplify or similar survey results and identify culture strategies to celebrate and/or improve results.
Provide change management support with an eye on cultural impacts.
Provide organizational culture education, awareness and training to employees at all levels within Children’s Hope Alliance.
Partner with Human Resources to implement and monitor the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion plan and related strategies.
Partner with Human Resources, programs and other departments to monitor and analyze the employee experience from On-boarding to New Hire Orientation to separation in order to ensure efficiency, collect trends, and assist with process improvement.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree, preferred in Human Services, Business, Human Resources or related field.
2-3 years experience with engagement, management/leadership, culture or similar.
4-6 years experience with engagement, management/leadership, culture or similar in lieu of a Bachelors degree
