The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate identification of qualified applicants for a variety of opportunities. Responsible for detailed accurate record keeping and providing timely communication to ensure the effectiveness for each search.
Responsibilities
Review resumes for skills fit, phone screen and interview candidates to identify appropriate qualifications.
Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Create and manage job postings for Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Maintain detailed candidate notes and assist with new marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in retail, office administration, human resources, recruiting, any type of sales, food service, or similar.
Strong communication skills including telephone, video calls, text messaging and email.
Ability to prioritize tasks and determine best activities to focus on to achieve goals.
Independent decision making and problem solving.
