What we’re looking for:
A forward thinking, detailed oriented Human Resources Manager who will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and support the HR team in their end-to-end responsibilities: workforce planning, employee escalations, organizational design, performance management, payroll, total rewards, and administrative compliance. This individual will need to be ready to roll up their sleeves, tackling HR responsibilities as an independent contributor, while also working collaboratively with the HR Specialist and Internal Recruiters. The HR Manager will work cross-functionally with the Compliance and People teams to ensure that the entire employee lifecycle is managed in a compliant way, while structuring opportunities for employees to learn and grow. As a member of the HR team, the HR Manager will serve as a safe space for employee successes, failures, questions, and concerns as they navigate Forge Health.
