General Description
Eurovia USA is seeking an IT SAP Payroll and HR Analyst position to work as part of the Technology team, reporting to the IT Applications Manager. In this role, you will have an opportunity to help implement a new Oracle E-HR solution and help support an existing SAP Payroll module as the primary point of contact for all USA locations. The IT SAP Payroll and HR Analyst is responsible for developing efficient, well-structured and documented functional specifications. The person will lead the US operations and will also interact with our Paris, France location where our ERP application maintenance team resides. We are seeking someone with the ability to learn the existing SAP ECC 6.0 system and help lead a transformation team to shift to SAP S/4 Hana, Ariba and other integration opportunities which is being implemented in 2023-24. You should be a self-starter, strong in time management, and enjoy tackling new software platforms.
Key Duties
Accountable for the successful operational performance of existing SAP and Oracle modules
Conduct business process gap analysis between To-Be design and standard Business Processes, and make recommendations for Process Improvement
Write business/functional specifications
Solve application and configuration issues in coordination with other teams
Translate business solutions into system programs acting as the liaison between IT and end users
Experienced in soliciting requirements from users and converting them into functional design requests
Coordinate with remote technical developers and manage incident/enhancement tickets while resolving defects and issues in a timely and effective manner
Provides guidance to parent company in detailing requests through problem identification and resolution recommendations
Assists customers improve business processes and documents changes required for configuration settings to implement streamlined business processes.
Work with customer to develop test cases, test scripts and test plans.
Knowledge of software testing procedures with ability to perform integration and functional testing along with creation of test scripts
Update all design, configuration and specification documentation and conducts a documentation walk through with IT and business leaders.
Understand data management, perform data uploads, data validation, data extractions and LSMW
Experience with 3rd party integration such as tax providers, HR vendors, others…
Understands system integration points and how to troubleshoot/support to solve business problems.
Maintains, administers, and supports system readiness for the hybrid solution for SAP ECC 6.0 applications and later pivoting to SAP S/4 Hana
Assist with the implementation project transitioning our HR module from SAP to Oracle.
Develop user procedures, training curriculum and conducts training sessions for end users
Experience with Power BI analytics and data extracts queries
Qualification Requirements

Education and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Payroll Module
Minimum 3 years of experience with HR Systems
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline
S/4HANA transformation experience is a significant plus.
Oracle HR implementation experience is a significant plus.
Excellent planning and time management skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Ability to work 40 hours per week and flexible/extended hours when requested

Work may involve a variety of substances commonly found on construction sites such as form oil, grease, curing compounds, gasoline, diesel fuel and ready mixed concrete.
