Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Achieve hiring objectives by working closely with hiring managers to define department needs and structure job-specific recruiting plans.
Collaborate with hiring managers to establish job qualifications/requirements that align with their departmental goals and performance objectives after conducting recruiting strategy meetings and performing research; make continual recommendations and refinements.
Source candidates using both online and offline methods and platforms.
Interview and evaluate job candidates on a consistent set of qualifications and present managers with a pool of qualified candidates.
Organize and document all communications throughout the selection process; document update/notes pertaining to candidates and communicate invitations, updates, rejections, and advancements.
Perform a variety of administrative activities such as saving resumes and online candidate profiles, coordinate/arrange management interviews, assist with managing job boards and job postings/advertisements, and generate reports to track and measure results.
Attend hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates and referral partners including developing relationships with college and university career centers.
Improve organizational attractiveness by recommending new practices, monitoring the benefits, perks, job offers and compensation for each requisition.
Work with employees, hiring managers, and others to secure candidate referrals.
Understand and follow legal, regulatory, and business best practices to avoid liabilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in recruitment or human resources.
Experience executing a talent acquisition strategy.
Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
2 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including handling multiple roles simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with job boards, human resources software, databases, and management systems.
Computer/tech savvy including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other cloud-based apps including Document Management (e.g. SharePoint, Dropbox, Drive), Social Media Platforms, and Chat and Video Platforms (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Slack).
Commitment to superb customer service (internal and external). Excellent communication, organization, documenting, and follow-up skills.
Ability to read people, good judgement, and common sense.
Proficiency and experience with an ATS or CRM.
Knowledge of pre-employment assessments.
Must have a quiet professional home office with reliable high speed Internet.
