McLeod Center is currently accepting applications for a Part–time Front Office Coordinator to work at its main center in Charlotte, NC.
What does this position do for the agency?
The position is responsible for the following, with other duties as assigned: Responsible for the internal and external communication functions of McLeod Center and acts internally as a liaison between staff and clients. Responsible for coordinating and completing all administrative and clerical responsibilities necessary to operate the front desk, including checking in clients, answering phones, taking fee payments and filing.
The intended hours are flexible, but we are preferably seeking a candidate who is available to work afternoons up to 6:00 pm.
What kind of education and experience is needed?
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent and three years’ experience of customer service, reception and administrative duties, and effective skills in typing, filing, computers, computer software, and verbal communication skills with clients and peers.
