What Are We Looking For?
Contentstack is looking for a People Operations Coordinator. This person will play an important role in ensuring that we are able to provide a great employee experience throughout every phase of the employee’s life cycle. You will execute administrative and operational duties, while helping the team scale and improve our internal processes. Partner with the People Operations Team and broader People Team to support People processes such as onboarding and offboarding, performance reviews, and document verification. Must have an eye for creating efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.
Assist with employee inquiries in a timely manner and/or direct them to the right teams and/or resources based on their needs.
Administrative and data entry support across a myriad of People functions— including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, compliance, guidance documents, and HRIS maintenance.
Facilitate the orientation and onboarding of new employees and contractors by leading orientation presentations, sending and collecting new hire paperwork, and ensuring all required paperwork is processed in a timely manner to include I-9 documentation..
Manage employee off-boarding and other employee changes, including creating and processing of required forms, working in partnership with Payroll, Benefits and other internal teams.
