You will be the sole recruiter hiring for the US – there is a tremendous amount of ownership, autonomy, and growth potential with this role!
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a TAP and ability to fully own end-to-end recruitment in the US with occasional searches in other countries as-needed
Familiarity with relevant sourcing techniques (especially with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings) and ability to remain current with strategic sourcing techniques and skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and challenging environment
Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously.
Strong team player, positive and can-do approach, and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Recruitment for a wide variety of positions in the USA and globally. This will include end-to-end talent recruitment, from LinkedIn sourcing and head-hunting through CV and phone screens and managing all interview stages.
Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers and support them during the recruitment process.
Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment while making candidate experience a team-wide priority.
Work with teams across the company and with the HQ in Tel-Aviv.
Occasionally initiate and organize welfare activities such as Happy Hours, weekly meetings, events, and holidays gifts for employees.
