Our client is presently seeking a dynamic (onsite) Director of Operations to join their growing team and help take them to the next level. Working closely with the executive team, the incumbent will oversee all activities and ensure that the existing and future business infrastructure has the capacity to achieve and surpass their strategic goals.

Role & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO and CTO, the Director of Operations is responsible for managing the logistics associated with running a business. Duties include creating an employee and management structure, auditing various workplace processes and implementing new strategies to improve efficiency and communication across all parts of the organization’s various companies. Primary duties include:

• Oversee operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including finance and human resources.
• Oversee planning and efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and management reports.
• Ensure compliance on a company, state and federal level.
• Drive sustainable growth and minimize losses.
• Head outreach and business relations.
• Review budgets and staffing.

The Director of Operations will create organization-wide operating procedures. Successful candidates will possess the following attributes:
