POSITION TITLE: Director, Corporate Human Resources
DEPARTMENT/CATEGORY: Human Resources
LOCATION: Elkhart and Remote
PERFORMANCE SUMMARY: This position is responsible for leading the overall human resource function by developing, implementing, communicating, and administering innovative HR programs and policies throughout the company. Responsibilities include talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, compliance, communication, training, and employee relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in human resources generalist and human resources management. Prior HR experience with multi-site / multi-state or international manufacturing operation preferred.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree required. Masters’ preferred. SHRM or other technical certification desired.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Leadership, superior interpersonal communication skills, and team building skills are required as well as a commitment to change management.
