Woven assessment > 3 – Step Interview Process
Woven
Function has partnered with Woven (https://www.woventeams.com/) to get insight into how you solve the kinds of real-world problems you might encounter in this role you are applying for. After successfully applying in this job board, you will receive an invitation from Woven to start on timed exercise. You will also get actionable feedback on your work afterwards.
This Woven assessment is Function’s technical evaluation and is an essential part of your application process. You will find more information about this in the email you will receive.
Followed by a three (3) step interview process, with some pre- or post-interview requests.
Step 1: Why
For the “Why” interview, you’ll have 30 minutes with the Head of FXN who will provide an understanding of our culture, what we’re working on and the type of teammates we’re seeking. Then, we’ll discuss the candidates background, interests, and goals — and explore if this could be a good fit.
Step 2: What
This 60 minute call is typically with a peer and/or manager to provide candidates with a comprehensive understanding of the open position. We’ll review the job description in detail and explain the typical day, weeks, and month for this position.
Step 3: How
For the “How” interview, you’ll have 30 minutes to connect with the divisional Mg. Lead for either our Marketing or Technology teams. There, they will cast the vision for their work and the team, and give candidates an overview on what to expect if you were to join their staff.
