POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Systems Coordinator is responsible for the support and administration of the Human Resources systems and processes across the full spectrum of HR areas (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, payroll, employment, and training). Produces standard and customized reports for Human Resources and leadership. Evaluates and addresses hardware/software issues and conducts quality control measures to maintain the integrity of data. Provides functional support and maintenance of all HR systems including reporting, testing, documentation, upgrades, and enhancements of the HCM systems to support efficient functioning.
