DETAILS:

• Job Type: Part-Time, 24 hours/week
• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Shift: 3 days a week either 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm (your choice). Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s required, and a choice of your third day being Monday, Thursday or Friday (to be discussed at hire)
• Sign On Bonus: $200 at 30 days

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1 year of administrative HR experience required
• Pass a criminal background and drug screen
• Education verification
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or provide a religious accommodation or medical exemption

JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Department.
• Responsible for the overall maintenance of the HR offices and the organization of the file room.
• Responsible for all paper filing of the HR department including training, payroll, and personnel documents.
• Demonstrate general office skills including answer phones, copying, and faxing. They will receive packages and gather/distribute the mail. They are responsible for maintaining the HR voicemail.
• Maintain the HR offices supply requisition.
• Responsible for creating personnel charts for new hires (including interns), completing ongoing chart audits on both paper and in Paycom, and completing chart closures for terminated employees.
• Track, store and distribute marketing materials.
• Create and maintain employee badges.
• Attend vendor events as needed.
• Maintain staff/committee meeting minutes.
• Maintain OIG compliance audits.
• Complete special HR projects as assigned and participate in cross-training within the department. They will perform other duties as needed to achieve program goals and objectives.
• In addition, as an employee, they are expected to abide by all safety rules and regulations of the department and facility and carrying out the mission, philosophy of care, and policies of Key Point. The employee abides by the ethics set forth by the agency and the profession. They will also perform other duties as needed to achieve program goals and objectives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Should have a combination of experience and education related to the population with whom Key Point serves and additionally basic HR functions.
• Should have knowledge of organizational structures and relevant job duties common within the organization.
• Demonstrates the ability to express themselves well through writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrate an understanding and sensitivity to serving culturally diverse and/or special needs population while maintaining patient confidentially.
