Required to drive to perform office related tasks and errands. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Answers phones, welcomes guests, provide information to walk in customers and callers • Assists with reservation procedures and registrations for athletic facility rentals to include, but not limited to, handle incoming fees/charges, and registrations for rentals, leagues, recreation classes and special events • Communicates with sports associations and field crew in relation to scheduling of fields and maintenance concerns • Performs general office tasks such as copying, mailing, faxing, and shredding • Ensures communication sent via mail, fax, or phone is distributed quickly and correctly • Prepares, files, and maintains physical or electronic records and documents in required formats • Performs basic cash handling procedures, prepares cash reports, and delivers daily deposits as needed • Follows policy, procedures, and safety guidelines • Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Two (2) years of professional office environment or related field Preferred Qualifications • Prior administrative experience in a municipality • Bilingual in English & Spanish Certificates, Licenses, Registrations • Valid Driver’s License Thank you for your interest in the position.
