Job Summary
Kinema Fitness is a premium fitness center operator that provides on-site wellness solutions to corporate facilities across the country. We are seeking a part-time, fully remote Accounting/HR Assistant. Under the supervision of the Finance and Operations Director, the Accounting/HR Assistant is responsible for assisting with the daily accounting and human resource needs of the organization.
These include but are not limited to: prepping for payroll processing, assisting with review of profit and loss statements for multiple entities, entering/reviewing 75+ subcontractors’ monthly invoices, onboarding/offboarding of subcontractors and employees, and assisting with benefits administration (including 401k/PTO). Other tasks will be assigned as needed and appropriate. The Accounting/HR Assistant is expected to provide exemplary service while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
