It is the primary responsibility of the Manager Talent Acquisition Operations to lead the high volume Talent Acquisition team. This leader will collaborate across Talent Acquisition to ensure the seamless execution of the overall recruitment strategy for high volume roles in the organization. He/she will provide training for hiring managers at all levels throughout the organization and ensure prompt response to any inquiries from hiring managers, candidates and Talent Acquisition team members in alignment with established SLAs. The Manager Talent Acquisition will ensure the mission of Diversity and Inclusion is engrained as part of MGM Resorts International Talent Acquisition practices. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts policies, practices, and procedures.
Build relationships with HR COEs and property HR leaders to ensure information and data moves smoothly through all Talent Acquisition processes and systems.
Lead administrative and support processes within Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless flow, quality customer service, legal compliance and staff adherence to established policies and procedures.
Lead the team to drive responsiveness and a positive candidate experience in accordance with established SLAs.
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); develop metrics and a dashboard against which all Talent Acquisition Representatives are held accountable; ensure metrics are communicated, as appropriate; ensure Talent Acquisition Representatives make adjustments to ensure expectations to achieve KPIs are met.
Provide standard and ad-hoc reports to Talent Acquisition Leaders, Consultants and Specialists according to an established timeline and/or as needed to meet client expectations.
Lead Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives; engage in self-directed work, create and maintain timetables for projects, manage deadlines and resources, and work with a wide degree of latitude with minimal supervision.
Ensure the Talent Acquisition team is supported with status updates, applicant repositioning and other common requests.
Support Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers understand how to fulfill their roles in the system as it related to hiring.
Ensure the team builds all requisitions and posts all positions in accordance with appropriate policies and processes around current position descriptions.
Stay current on and ensure compliance with federal and state employment and immigration laws and governing regulations.
Manage Human Resources responsibilities for the specifically assigned areas; create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
At least 3 years in Talent Acquisition role or related field.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to lead and mentor a team.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Preferred:
At least 3 years of leadership experience.
Previous experience with a computerized Applicant Tracking System.
Workday ATS experience.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
