Summary
The Human Resources Administrator provides support in Montgomery City to the Director of Human Resources to ensure employment documentation is complete for all associates, supports recruitment, new employee onboarding, completes time sheet review, documents employee training, and ensures benefit documentation is correct.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Collect resumes and applications for review.
· Schedule and conduct interviews including tour of production facility for entry level staff members
· Ensure employee onboarding documents are complete.
· Communicate with team members regarding all employee Benefits as well as providing support with team members enrollment
· Document training & professional development
· Review timesheets and correct discrepancies
· Assist Payroll by providing up-to-date information on all employees, sick leave, leaves of absence, overtime, schedules, and time off requests preferably in Excel
· Provide day to day advice to team members on general HR related queries, requests, and Policies and Procedures, escalating more complex issues to Director of Human Resources, Director of Operations, and/or General Manager.
· Provide support with Breakroom Commissary by completing weekly inventory and placing orders to replenish commissary items.
· Maintain Human Resources Metrics
Qualifications and Skills
· High School graduate with some college coursework preferred, or equivalent experience.
· Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
· Good Interpersonal Skills
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
· Computer Literacy including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
