As the HR Operations Manager – Global Talent Experience, you will help support greater business value and partnership to our employees as we create a world class talent experience at McDonald’s. To accelerate our employee experience priorities, you will strengthen the strategic vision and our digital talent platforms in partnership with our Global People Talent Center of Excellence. You will prioritize initiatives across the digital talent experience including attraction, onboarding, performance, and leadership planning among other areas. You will ensure that our processes and systems day to day deliver a simple and easy talent experience. In this role, you will join our HR Operations Team in the Global People function and will report to the Sr. Director of HR Operations.
