Overview
ALPS Insurance is growing, and we are hiring an HR Generalist to assist in our HR Department. This position will be in a team of three and will provide support to our receptionist who is part of the HR Team. We are looking for someone skilled in or eager to acquire new skills in recruiting, onboarding, training, all things benefits including, wellness among additional duties as assigned. Reception is a key part of the HR Team, and this position will be back up (with additional support) to the receptionist on a regular basis. A desire to be continually learning and help where needed are key attributes to being successful in this position. At this time, we are looking for someone interested in spending a good portion of time in the office to learn and understand the culture. There could be a hybrid WFH possibility in the future for the right candidate.
This is a full-time position with the option of electing health benefits and a variety of benefit offerings, including a 6% 401k employer match with no vesting schedule. ALPS is an EOE. The salary for the position DOE and starts at $40k.
