Position Summary: The International Operations Specialist is the customer facing contact and champion for International distributors. This position works across all functional areas to ensure a seamless order process and timely delivery of products to our international customers.

• Partners across the business to service the operational needs of our international teams, regional GMs, distributors and accounts.
• Provides post transactional support by resolving disputes, product quality issues, logistics and technical services problems.
• Investigates and provides resolutions to operational and financial issues regarding order processing, deliveries, order status information, product information, EAN/UPC barcodes, etc. by partnering cross functionally with departments (sourcing, operations, finance, etc).
• Creates and provides analytics that identify trends in specific categories, styles, bookings and shipments within the International landscape. Presents results and potential business opportunities to region GMs and/or distributors.
• Gathers and sends trade prices, COO and factory info to all teams for all styles in preorder.
• Collects and organizes all SMU, Collaboration and other special project requests from the International team and/or distributors and collaborates cross functionally to execute and maintain tracking updates.
• Collects and organizes all buys within the published booking periods. Works with the Demand Planning team and purchasing to place production orders.
• Assists distributors with questions, demonstrating strong systems navigation of NetSuite and relationships with cross-functional team members.
• Provides regular updates to the International team and distributors regarding the status of all open production orders. Tracks to ensure promised dates are met and shipping destinations are confirmed.
• Coordinates and arranges at-once needs for the International team/distributors.
• Collaborates with the GMs to communicate new sales programs, quickstrikes, booking programs to the International team and distributors.
• Partners with regional GMs to set trade pricing with distributors.
• Executes projects and generates non-routine reports for VP of International and region GMs.
• Along with respective GMs, ensures international team and distributors are informed of all important news updates as it relates to business development, league/right changes, new products, etc.
• Participates in the buy process with the Demand planning group to ensure Int’l needs are covered.
• Acts as point person to provide Sales & Open Order Reports from US Systems (MAO and NetSuite).
• Assists distributors with getting orders input into My At Once (MAO) B2B system, performs maintenance on MAO sales orders, adjusts and verifies accuracy of distributor trade pricing and works with NetSuite admin to ensure that international distributor information is current and accurate.
• Partners with international operations team, distributors and factories to ensure labeling, shipping instructions and commercial documents are current and accurate.
• Prepares export documentation, when necessary, including commercial invoices (CI), packing lists (PL) and financial documentation for compliant, expedient international transport.
• Keeps an ongoing global tracker for activations happening in International markets and follows up on the success stories.
• Facilitates sample distribution each season to distributors.
• Works with the US marketing team to coordinate relevant market support across International events, trade shows and local initiatives.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.

Mathematical Ability:

Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
