Job Title: Operations Availability Manager
Job Summary: The Pokémon Company International is looking to hire an Operations Availability Manager who is passionate about providing amazing experiences for our fans and who wants to be part of a growing Availability Team that works with Development teams, Quality Engineering, InfoSec, and other stakeholders to ensure the availability of highly utilized online services. This key role within the DevOps team needs an experienced and talented individual with a diverse set of skills and abilities who will focus on Release Management duties, ensure we operate highly available services through the implementation of repeatable processes, identify and remediate single points of failure, provide clear visibility into upcoming changes and their contents, and generally “unquagmire’ quagmires while keeping a level head. This role will be instrumental in helping to define our operational standards for reliability and observability.
