Primary Job Duties:
· Provide general support and guidance to all employees and manage complex employee relations investigations and disputes, with guidance from Director of People Operations
· Design, implementation, facilitation, and tracking of training programs as needed
· Policy & procedure development, implementation, and execution
· Talent management including the implementation and facilitation of a performance review program
· Stay abreast of Compliance and Regulatory initiatives while updating best practices, including all required federal and state reporting
· Benefits administration, including COBRA notices
Qualifications/Requirements:
· At least 4 years of experience within People Operations
· Experience in food and beverage industry
· Experience supporting a healthy culture within an organization
· Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities and flexibility
· Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
· Can communicate effectively with all individuals across the organization
· Collaborative and team-oriented
· Able to maintain confidential information
· Accuracy and attention to detail required
· Must have a driver’s license

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
