The VP of S&M develops customer relationships at all levels – from Buyers to Executive Management. Building on those relationships, he/she identifies new business opportunities for existing and new customers, converts those opportunities into short and long-term contracts, and monitors customer perception of company performance. Internally, the VP of S&M leads directs and coaches the sales and program management team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Minimum of 10 years in aerospace sales or comparable experience.
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are normal for that of a manufacturing/machine shop environment
