Key Responsibilities:
HR Partner Support:
Partner with HRBPs in the recommendation of human resource policy and procedural change and become familiar with collective bargaining agreements and Working Together Guidelines
Provides pivotal support to the HR Business Partners (Field or Corporate) by supporting them in aligning HR strategy with the business needs and goals. This role will coordinate with the HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to leverage capabilities in support of our HR initiatives and leveraging their expertise to business needs.
Talent Acquisition
Coordinate with team members from talent acquisition, compensation and HR technology to process position requests and approvals
Provide overall administrative support to Talent Acquisition team members, including records management, invoicing, and scheduling
Collaborate with team members from Talent Acquisition and other HR groups to continuously improve position request and approval processes
