Role
Under the leadership of the Director of Policy and the Project Director and with oversight from the Boston Community Health Needs Assessment-Community Health Improvement Plan (CHNA-CHIP) Collaborative Steering Committee, the Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all aspects of coordination and implementation of the triennial community health needs assessment and community health improvement plan in the City of Boston. This includes support for the Boston CHNA CHIP Collaborative Steering Committee, Operations Community, Communications Committee, four CHIP Working Groups, and all other working groups associated with the current community health needs assessment and community health improvement plan. The Coordinator will also participate in any and all planning for future community health needs assessments and community health improvement plans.
