Primary Responsibility:
Screening & recruiting for exempt/non-exempt/contractor roles
Assist with coordinating and conducting new hire orientation.
Register new employees in HR Software.
Posting job ads, reviewing resumes, phone screening applicants and scheduling interviews
Ensuring background checks as well as other onboarding tasks are completed
Preparing new employee files & ordering new employee badges
Updating and maintaining employee records
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
Assisting in creation and implementation of company procedure documents
Provide guidance and assistance with the preparation of form I-9 employment verification for work authorization
Manage HR inbox, answer or triage employee questions/concerns and track confidential employee documents
Complete employee offboarding and offboarding process, which includes conducting exit interviews
Maintain and update Corporate Security Access and IT Inventory
Triage Facilities Requests and special orders
Other duties as assigned
Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
1-2 years of previous HR related experience preferred, new graduates welcomed.
Highschool Diploma or equivalent Associate Degree is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience using and maintaining an HR database application. Experience working with ADP preferred.
Intermediate PC skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
