What You Will Do:
Accurately organize and maintain personnel data and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Kinsta’s internal policies.
Create reports for internal teams when needed.
Keep internal HR databases and information systems up-to-date.
Be the first point of contact for questions from employees and contractors regarding HR data or information.
Assist payroll processing agencies with recurring record keeping and payroll processing activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and completion of payroll.
Who You Are:
At least 3 years of demonstrated work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist, or another similar role.
Impeccable professionalism and discretion, as you will be operating in an HR role which will have access to a great deal of sensitive information.
As English is our company language, near native-level fluency in both written and spoken English is a strong requirement.
Previous experience working with global teams and payroll activities for multiple countries.
Experience managing HR providers.
Familiarity with US payroll and employment laws.
