Key Lime Interactive (KLI) is a Customer Experience and User Experience research, strategy and design services agency focused on helping companies take a human-first approach to building better brand experiences, products and services.
HR Coordinator Duties include:
Coordinate all the activities related to interviewing and hiring new employees such as:
Posts new jobs on ADP Workforce Now
Conducts initial phone interview
Communicates with candidates as they move through the interview process
Sends prospective new hires updates from application to offer.
Submits online new-employee background checks
Assemble and update new hire packages including offer letters and ensure all related Human Resources documentation and forms are current.
Support the orientation and onboarding programs. Create new employee profiles and process terminations in the system.
Prepare status change forms and letters (wage notification and cover letters)
Assist with creating and distribution of internal memos and other internal communications to employees
Prepare and track disciplinary warnings to be issued by Department Manager
Conduct exit interview and prepare final termination paperwork for departing staff members
Track vacation requests, follow up on approvals, and update calendars.
Produce and email weekly updates on HR activities to CEO/COO/CFO.
Assist staff with attendance, payroll, benefits, and general inquiries, as well as work towards resolving any discrepancies with internal management.
Other duties as assigned
Culture Duties include:
Update and manage calendar of events
Take meeting notes during Culture Committee meetings
Follow-up on action items post culture committee meetings
If outside vendors are to be used for an event, coordinate with vendors.
Post on intranet and send reminders
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources or a related field with coursework in business, accounting, human resource management, professional writing, psychology and industrial relations.
Ideal candidate:
At least 1 year of experience using ADP Workforce Now
